As we scale our impact and brand presence, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to help us tell that story—smarter, faster, and bolder.

This role is perfect for a strategic content leader who’s as comfortable writing a benchmark report as they are exploring how AI can streamline content workflows and unlock new creative possibilities. You’ll own Procurify’s content strategy across the funnel—driving pipeline, fueling our brand narrative, and rethinking what best-in-class content marketing looks like in the AI era.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Content Marketing to lead the evolution of our content engine—balancing performance marketing goals with breakthrough storytelling and AI-accelerated production workflows.

This is a pivotal role for someone who understands the classic pillars of content marketing—yet thrives in the emerging world of AI-assisted creativity, faster content cycles, and new media experimentation. You’ll lead our content strategy across the funnel while reimagining how we create, deliver, and scale content to drive measurable pipeline and brand authority.

You’ll be part of a team that deeply values strategic thinking, top-level execution, big ideas and customer understanding. This role is ideal for someone who’s energized by ownership, creativity, and measurable impact.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Strategy & Ownership – Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention—while continuously evaluating how new tools, formats, and workflows can accelerate results.

  • Content Library Oversight – Own and manage our content library across channels and formats—ensuring it's easy to use, always relevant, and optimized for both humans and search engines.

  • Content Audits & Optimization – Perform regular content audits and gap analyses to prioritize new content development.

  • Data-Driven Insights – Use analytics to measure effectiveness and refine content strategy for traffic, engagement, and lead quality. Host retrospectives and embed learnings into future cycles.

  • Long-Form Execution – Plan, write, and publish high-quality long-form content (eBooks, guides, case studies) designed to educate and convert our ideal customer profile.

  • Webinar Program Support – Manage content production and coordination for webinars. Partner with design, product, and demand gen to create integrated, high-impact content experiences.

  • PR & Analyst Assets – Draft analyst briefings, commentary, and press releases that help Procurify stay top-of-mind across media and influencer circles.

  • New Channel Experimentation – Test new formats and distribution channels—from Reddit threads and interactive tools to podcast snippets, TikTok explainers, and AI-generated video content.

  • Anchor Asset Management – Produce yearly updates for Procurify’s Annual Procurement Benchmark and Buyer’s Guide.

  • Website & CRO Copy – Write compelling web copy and partner with demand gen to run A/B tests and CRO experiments that improve conversion at key decision points.

  • Sales Enablement Collateral – Create and maintain high-impact sales content: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, competitor comparisons, event assets, and more.

  • Launch Support Materials – Collaborate with product marketing to turn messaging briefs into versatile launch content—from web pages to email nurtures to LinkedIn thought leadership.

Who we’re looking for

  • 5 -7 years of content marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.

  • Proven track record of managing and creating high-performing content that delivers results across MAL, MQL, Pipeline Creation, Closed Won and Expansion metrics.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, buyer intent, and value-based content creation.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong eye for clarity and tone.

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a hands-on role and is comfortable switching between planning and execution.

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader marketing and company objectives.
