The Supply Engagement team owns how Preply changes tutor behaviour at scale, through three levers working together: communications, community, and learning. This role owns the strategy that ties them together. You decide what matters most among everything competing for tutors' attention, sequence it, and design how each behaviour change gets driven, from the launch of a new tool, policy, or programme through the ongoing campaigns and education that drive tutors to adopt it and change how they teach and run their tutoring business on Preply. You don't operate the channels yourself; you set the strategy and collaborate with the specialists such as copywriters, community managers, and trainers who bring it to life. You own the roadmap end to end and keep it on track.
What you'll be doing:
Own the strategy for how Preply drives tutor behaviour change and tool adoption across launches, policies, and programmes
Own the tutor engagement calendar: decide what reaches tutors, what waits, and in what sequence, without overwhelming the audience
Design cross-channel strategies across communications, community, and learning, working with the specialists who deliver them
Partner with Product Managers and channel owners to shape a shared plan, translating strategic direction into the detailed roadmap that makes it happen
Bring senior stakeholders clear recommendations, why we should and shouldn't do something, and the judgment of how it will land, then commit and drive it to results
Define success with Data, and own the narrative for why a number moved or didn't
The outcomes you'll own:
Tutor behaviour change and adoption, getting tutors to adopt the tools and teaching practices that will improve their performance and their learners' outcomes
Engagement outcomes of major launches, programmes, and campaigns (for example, tool adoption rates, performance, event registrations)
Tutor sentiment and trust, how tutors receive what we roll out, whether launches and campaigns land well and build belief in Preply rather than adding noise
What you need to succeed:
You've done go-to-market or adoption work hands-on, across multiple channels
You have a track record of driving measurable behaviour change amongst large audiences, not just running communications or campaigns
You have 4-6 years in growth, lifecycle, GTM, or audience engagement
You have a strong orchestration instinct: can break down the communication goal in a complex, sequenced, multi-channel, multi-stakeholder plan.
You operate with independent judgment, bringing senior stakeholders a recommendation and the tradeoffs, not options to choose from or work to approve
You drive cross-functional work without authority, aligning teams behind a shared plan through clarity and influence
You bring structure to complex, fast-moving work, setting up the systems, sequencing, and ways of working that keep multiple streams on track
You have comfort using data to size opportunities, set targets, and explain results
You have excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp judgment on clarity and tone
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience collaborating with community engagement teams, alongside other channels
Strong user empathy, especially for solopreneurs who earn through a platform or run their own business
Familiarity with marketplace or complex multi product environments: segments with competing needs, quality and liquidity
Experience translating internal product and policy decisions into audience-facing behaviour change
Understanding of brand voice and tone in a global, multicultural organisation
What this role is not:
This is not a broadcast communications role, and not a single-channel operator role. You won't be deciding email-versus-push for a given message, or building the webinar yourself. You'll take the behaviour change we're aiming for and design the plan to drive it, connecting the work across channels into one coherent story, while the specialists own the craft within their part. If you're looking to operate as a pure specialist in one channel, this isn't the role. You'll own the plan, connect the dots, and drive it to real behaviour change and results.
