We’re looking for a Content Production Coordinator to help us expand our impact by orchestrating the development of compelling visual and narrative assets, focusing especially on e-ASIA markets..

What you’ll be doing:
Owning paid marketing productions with online content creators (UGC), focusing especially (but not only) on the e-ASIA markets - from coming up with ideas, briefing copywriters on the narrative, managing localization, finding the right creators, briefing and coordinating with them, overseeing editing and reviews to final delivery.
Managing execution, delivery and testing of paid content (video, static) with the Growth Team based on the content calendar, keeping track of learnings and ideating improvements.
Scaling TikTok paid marketing efforts through owning and coordinating TikTok-only programs focused on content production for e-ASIA.
Collaborating with the Influencer Manager on growing our nano-influencer program.
Collecting creative benchmarks, trends, as well as running inspiration sessions and brainstorms.
Collaborating with the Social Media Manager on ideating organic content for TikTok and Instagram.
What you need to succeed:
3+ years of experience in Content Production, Performance Marketing, UGC or Influencer Marketing.
Advanced English and Japanese language - please only apply if this is the case, as it will be a daily requirement for this role.
Strong organizational & project management skills and bias for action. Experience in managing productions or events is a plus.
A team player who works proactively, is persistent and solution-oriented.
Strong communicator and relationship builder.
