We’re now looking for a Senior Leadership Recruiter to join our leadership hiring team on a 6 month contract - someone who brings deep recruiting expertise, strong market knowledge, and a track record of hiring senior and strategic talent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and own strategic and senior-level hiring, partnering closely with VP and C-level leaders across any chapter in the business.

  • Be a true talent partner: advise stakeholders on talent strategy, market mapping, competitive intelligence, and the broader hiring ecosystem.

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional senior candidates around the world.

  • Partner cross-functionally with People Partners, Compensation, and Finance to align on hiring plans, equity structures, compensation models, and organizational design.

  • Facilitate structured, evidence-based hiring decisions, and promote consistent evaluation frameworks across functions.

  • Use your business and commercial acumen to tell the Preply story compellingly and authentically to senior talent.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience recruiting senior and executive talent in high-growth, product-led tech environments.

  • In-house recruiting experience is a must - you understand what great looks like in terms of systems, processes, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong “TA craft”: you’re passionate about TA and delivering world class processes & candidate experience, you’re not afraid to challenge and push back or be creative in how you assess and attract talent.

  • Solid understanding of equity plans, business models, and how orgs scale, especially in global contexts.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - you can influence at the highest levels with confidence and care.

  • Growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, always learning, and energized by doing hard things well.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach: you thrive in a team that’s candid, curious, and committed to learning together.

  • Nice to have: experience in hiring executives across Finance, Legal, Marketing or Brand
