In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional product management talent who will help us to build memorable experiences for our learners and tutors. As a Talent Sourcer, you will work closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team to develop and execute highly impactful sourcing strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building a Product sourcing strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to understand the specific needs for product management positions. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier product management candidates.
  • Identifying top talent: Proactively identify and source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Use Boolean search techniques and other innovative sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Engaging and Assessing this talent: Initiate and maintain candidate relationships through personalized outreach. Conduct initial candidate screening calls, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Preply.
  • Researching the market: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor insights, and market intelligence to provide valuable information to hiring managers and the recruitment team.
  • Managing the pipeline: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, nurturing relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience: Providing clear and timely communication, answering questions, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Raising the bar: Recommending and drive improvements to increase the quality of sourcing at Preply.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, with a focus on product management roles.
  • Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management concepts, skills, and industry trends.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and the use of innovative sourcing tools and technologies
  • You're metrics-driven - you use data to help guide your decisions and inform hiring managers.
  • You are a standout colleague and you strive for having excellent collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
