Demand Gen & Growth @ Polar Analytics

At Polar, the Growth team has a lot of impact by ensuring we build the best engine to allow the company to scale.

We're doing more with fewer people by automating everything and monitoring each signal from our leads while maintaining a high level of quality. Some of the things you'll be responsible for:

  1. Scale our Outbound Machine: Support our revenue goals by building and scaling a multichannel Outbound channel to bring brands to our doorstep.

  2. Develop inbound capabilities: Develop and execute best-in-class inbound growth campaigns that allow us to grow sustainably.

  3. Own Critical Business Metrics: Be responsible for key business Metrics for generating top-of-funnel pipeline.

  4. Take Creative Approaches to Growth: think outside the box, be creative to understand the product and our users and come up with innovative growth strategies

  5. Enrich our Tech Stack: Build tools and automation that enable us to identify our ICPs and enable our sales team to close deals.

  2. You’ve overseen the development of a Growth or Demeand Gen organisation and love building teams of A-players.

  3. You’ve had success implementing full-cycle Demand Generation campaigns for SaaS businesses that focus on both US & European markets.

  4. Financially Savvy - You’re no stranger to a multi-million $ budget and know how to optimise it.

  5. You’re happy to execute - You understand the importance that modern growth tools play in building the best growth strategies, and are happy to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Our Hiring Process 📝

We follow a structured hiring process to ensure fairness and transparency. Our process may vary depending on the role, but this is what you can expect after you apply:

1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.

2. Role Fit Interview (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.

3. Competency Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.

4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
