Onboard fast-growing brands and teams to Polar Analytics

Provide high-quality advice and training to customers on how to make the most sense of CAC, LTV, Cohorts and grow their brand

Develop materials and content on the best practices to grow a DTC brand through data

Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing teams, including end-users and executives/decision-makers

Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs or feature requests internally to influence product roadmap

Relevant eCommerce Experience with a deep understanding of key concepts such as CAC, ROAS and LTV

Experience with growing a brand from an agency or brand perspective

Exceptional analytical skills: this is a numbers game!

Strong ability to move fast and get things done

Great written and verbal communication in English

Dynamic personality; a likable person who can build rapport with customers of all levels of technical experience
