Sales at Polar Analytics

90% inbound sales
Deal Size: $4k+ average contract value
Close rate: 35/40%
Sales cycle: 20 days from lead to closing (1-4 touches)
Ideal Customer Profile: CMO / E-commerce manager of a $1M-$50M DTC brand on Shopify, scaling fast
Ambitious yet realistic quota


Conduct product discovery calls to prospective brands interested in Polar Analytics
Drive close rate of trial users, by deeply understanding and empathizing with their needs, and matching these objectives with the product value propositions
Build strong, trusted relationships with key people within marketing and eCommerce teams, including end-users and executives/decision-makers
Relentlessly (But not pushy) follow-up, always helpful and fresh (Emails & Slack)
Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs or feature requests internally to influence the product roadmap

You enjoy the eCommerce, DTC, and SaaS space
You have previous successful B2B SaaS experiences, selling to SMBs with short sales cycles, and previously used a CRM like HubSpot
You have exceptional written and verbal communication in English
You are passionate and humble, you always love to learn and share
