What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy scalable TTS and speech models into production
  
• Build robust REST/gRPC APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and asyncio
  
• Design efficient pipelines for multilingual data crawling and processing
  
• Optimize real-time low-latency inference for voice AI systems
  
• Work with cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in Python/ML engineering with strong asynchronous programming experience
  
• Hands-on experience with model deployment and API development
  
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
  
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with researchers, engineers, and product teams
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data scraping/crawling for speech/audio corpora
  
• Prior experience deploying AI models in real-world production environments
  
• Experience in the audio domain.
