About the Role:
As the Head of Growth, you will lead our growth strategy, focusing on driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will also oversee the Data team, ensuring that data-driven insights fuel our growth initiatives. This role requires strong leadership in both full-funnel growth and data management, aligning these teams to drive performance across the business.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Design and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Optimizely and other analytics platforms to drive key decisions.
- Develop and execute on strategies for improving activation and retention rates.
- Own the experimentation process, developing hypotheses, testing them, and scaling successful growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth goals.
- Lead the Data team, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions.
- Work closely with the Data team to ensure data integrity and to develop insights that support growth initiatives.
- Develop data strategies that support long-term business objectives and immediate growth needs.
- Mentor and manage team members across both the Growth and Data teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Operate autonomously and thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably in both B2C and B2B context.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Expertise in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and experimentation.
- Strong experience in driving activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Highly proficient with analytics tools such as Optimizely.
- Experience managing a Data team or working closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, data quality, and how to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and data exploration.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; a true team player.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing teams in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated success in scaling growth and data initiatives across multiple markets.
- Expertise in advanced data analytics, automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL).
- Familiarity with modern data stack infrastructure and tools.
- Experience with platform products or multi-product businesses and/or horizontal use-cases.
