JOIN OUR TEAM 👋
- We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our U.S. team and help drive pipeline and brand awareness across multiple channels.
- In this role, you will own field marketing, execute demand generation campaigns, and support organic and content marketing initiatives.
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing US, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and global Marketing teams to run high-impact programs that fuel growth. This is a strategic, hands-on role — perfect for a versatile B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 💪
Field Marketing
- Own the planning and execution of in-person events in North America — mainly sponsored conferences and third-party trade shows.
- Manage the full event lifecycle: strategy, negotiation, logistics, sales enablement, and post-event follow-up.
- Align closely with Sales on goals, messaging, and follow-up.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Lead webinar production end to end: coordination, promotion, reporting, and sales handoff.
- Support our paid ads strategy in the US alongside the Global Performance Marketing Manager.
Marketing Ops & Reporting
- Serve as the bridge with our Global Marketing Ops team to help maintain CRM health and ensure smooth execution across systems and processes.
- Own campaign reporting and share learnings to optimize performance.
Content & Communication
- Own the U.S. newsletter and adapt global content for local relevance.
- Support content needs for events, nurture campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Help bring global campaigns to life for the U.S. audience through localized assets and messaging
WHAT YOU BRING 🎯
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record in field marketing, including the execution of in-person events.
- Solid understanding of demand generation tactics, from webinars to paid advertising.
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt messaging to different formats and audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders with clear prioritization.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally, especially with Sales and Ops teams.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
