What we're looking for
Omnea is scaling fast -- and commercial hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner, GTM to take full ownership of building our GTM team: Account Executives, Commercial Associates, Sales Engineers, Account Managers and more.
You’ll partner directly with our Chief Commercial Officer (Abs), CFO (Sabrina), and Jasmin (BizOps) to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine across the UK & US. You’ll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You’ll help us recruit top-tier commercial talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a sales career in Europe and beyond.
This role is for someone who wants to be embedded with senior commercial leaders, have real ownership, and help shape the foundations of Omnea’s go-to-market team as we continue to scale!
What Can You Expect?
You’ll own GTM hiring end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, process design, candidate management, and closing
You’ll build a scalable hiring engine & playbook across AEs, CAs, post-sales, partnerships, and GTM leadership roles across the US and UK
You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to scope roles, align on success profiles, and run fast, high-quality processes tailored to the unique requirements of each role
You’ll craft world-class outbound messaging and outreach campaigns that resonate with top-tier commercial talent
You’ll coach and enable hiring managers to be decisive, compelling interviewers and bar raisers
You’ll run multiple searches in parallel while maintaining exceptional & consistent candidate experience and pipeline hygiene from first touchpoint all the way through to post-offer communication
You’ll build and iterate on scorecards, interview rubrics, and funnel metrics, improving time-to-hire, increasing close rates, and continuously raising the bar on quality
You’ll drive GTM hiring strategy discussions, headcount planning, and market mapping alongside senior leaders as a strong domain expert to the company
You’ll contribute to our employer branding and talent marketing efforts by thinking outside the box, strengthening Omnea’s position as a great company to work at (e.g. like Abs’ blog post for our Commercial Associate program here)
About You
You’ve got 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know what great looks like and hold a high bar -- but you’re also pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented.
You’re commercial; you understand how hiring impacts revenue and you think like a businessperson, not a recruiter. You continuously leverage data to track, refine and optimise hiring KPIs.
You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else you’ve applied yourself. People trust you to get it done.
You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You’re not looking for a narrow recruiter role; you want ownership, influence, and to play a key role in shaping a GTM team through our scaling journey.
You’re a great communicator, i.e. clear, concise, and persuasive. You can write great outreach, pitch to a passive candidate, have exceptional behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills, and hold your own in a strategic conversation with senior leaders.
You’re outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action. You don’t get stuck in process or theory, you move things forward, fast. You can hire for both high-volume and specialised searches for niche roles.
You’re a ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes over inputs. You’re efficient, leveraging AI throughout your processes, and autonomous without compromising on quality.
You’re proactive and crave accountability. You don’t wait for instructions; you figure out what’s needed and make it happen.
You’re ambitious and competitive; not in a sharp-elbows way, but because you care deeply about your career and doing the best work of your life. You’re hungry to grow fast and know that great things require effort and discipline.
And you’re just a really good human, i.e. collaborative, kind, low-ego. You want to win, but not at the expense of others. You give feedback generously and seek it actively. You raise the bar for those around you.
