The Opportunity
As our Demand Generation Lead, you will own our full-funnel marketing strategy, from high-funnel brand awareness to mid-funnel education and bottom-funnel lead capture. You’ll build repeatable, scalable campaigns across acquisition and expansion—partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Operations to accelerate the Marketing growth engine for the business.
This is a hands-on builder role designed for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You have a passion for how data and product signals uncover the right accounts to engage, and you know how to translate insights into personalized, multi-channel experiences that drive revenue. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution for the first 9-12 months as you develop our demand engine. This role has a clear and defined path to a team leadership position as you 'nail and scale' our formula for growth.
What You'll Do:
- Demand Gen Strategy & Ownership: Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand gen strategies that drive awareness, engage prospects, and drive action across the buyer’s journey. This includes lead scoring, lifecycle management, and account-based marketing. Build nurture and lifecycle campaigns that guide prospects from first touch through activation and expansion.
- Channel & Budget Management: Manage the demand gen budget across channels and campaigns, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with goals (cost per demo performed, ROAS). Leverage our agencies that provide creative, website, and distribution support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to align on lead definitions, pipeline goals, and performance metrics. Serve as a builder who thrives in ambiguity, drives projects from conception to execution, and shares learnings with the broader team.
- Data-Driven Experimentation & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose hypothesis-driven optimizations, and continually refine channel mix through testing and analysis. Create repeatable campaign playbooks that can be scaled across segments and regions.
- AI and Automation as a Force Multiplier: Leverage AI for research, analytics and reporting, campaign ideation, prospect engagement. Partner with Revenue Operations to evolve processes, workflows, and data hygiene that enable scaling.
What Success Looks Like:
- Measurable Pipeline Growth: Increase the number of qualified sales demos and bookings sourced from new and existing prospects while maintaining or reducing acquisition cost.
- Marketable Database Health & Engagement: Drive measurable, month-over-month growth in the size of the engaged prospect database. Show MoM improvement in database engagement rates, converting a growing percentage of our audience into MQLs and sales-qualified opportunities.
- Full-Funnel Engine Optimization: Demonstrate continuous improvement in conversion rates across the entire buyer journey, from initial awareness to post-sale expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Clear visibility into ROI across channels and campaigns, with actionable insights.
- Scalable Systems & AI Efficiency: Well-defined processes, reporting, and martech integrations that support future growth. Demonstrate measurable time-savings and/or performance gains by integrating AI tools into your campaign management, analytics, and reporting workflows.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS Growth/Demand Gen Experience: Proven track record in owning end-to-end demand gen strategies, from brand awareness to lead capture and sales activation. You do not need prior experience in healthcare.
- Strong Analytical & Data-Driven Skillset: You are naturally curious and comfortable with diving into data to answer questions yourself. Your goals are measurable.
- Technical Chops: You’re comfortable working in modern marketing technology software like HubSpot and Visual Website Optimizer and can build out campaigns within these tools on your own.
- AI Curiosity & Savvy: You have hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows to increase efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaboration & Communication: You can effectively turn metrics into narrative and communicate insights and learnings to stakeholders across the business.
- Builder Mentality: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; you know how to architect “the mousetrap” and love to iterate for improvement.
