Business System Administrator at NexHealth
As the Business Systems Administrator, you will have the opportunity to drive our go-to-market systems with a direct impact on our ability to execute and grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead technical and functional administration, support, maintenance, and stability of Salesforce and all associated packages, tools, and integrations.
- Work closely with business partners to understand and refine requirements, objectives, and processes to drive incremental improvements for our CRM system.
- Own data quality within Sales and Marketing systems as it pertains to system configuration, data validation, enrichment, sanitation, and deduplication.
- Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to maintain system stability.
- Audit and remediate issues impacting user experience, performance, and security.
- Manage the ingestion of data into our systems.
- Provide user support for systems-related issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience in a high-growth organization.
- 3+ years experience with marketing automation systems such as Hubspot or Marketo.
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS or API-driven businesses preferred.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 Certified).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to drive cross-functional projects forward.
- Excellent understanding of standard Salesforce.com functionality and best practices.
- Comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment.
