About us
Mavenoid is the Intelligent Support Platform for products and devices. Our purpose-built technology delivers best-in-class customer support with intelligent troubleshooting and personalized remote support. Our product manufacturers and sellers provide genius-level customer support and realize brilliant cost savings.
Having raised our Series B, we’re in an exciting phase of growth but are still small enough for each new person to have a big impact on the company as a whole. We were founded in Stockholm, Sweden, but now operate globally as a remote-first company, with team members located across Sweden, the United Kingdom, The United States, and more.
The Role
As a Content Marketer at Mavenoid, you’ll build Mavenoid’s reputation by planning, creating, and delivering content that earns the attention of customer support teams. This might take various forms, like ghostwriting for Mavenoid’s VP of Product, producing short-form videos, and managing a Slack community of product support leaders. Prior to Mavenoid, you might’ve worked at a creative agency or spent a few years with an early to growth-stage startup. Regardless of your career to date, you’re a storyteller with experience delivering content that converts.
While you don’t need to have experience in all of these areas, we’re seeking someone who is willing to learn.
Please note that this role will be based on the US East Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multimedia and multi-channel B2B content strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and ebooks specifically tailored to the challenges of product support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and how Mavenoid can improve its thought leadership within the customer support industry
  • Manage content distribution across multiple platforms and channels (website, social media, email, video, etc.) to maximize audience engagement
  • Create and manage a content calendar that supports Mavenoid’s demand generation efforts
  • Manage Mavenoid’s Product Support Community on Slack — an online community of industry professionals
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, which are primarily LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a writing-centric field
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in content marketing within B2B, either in-house or with an agency
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for B2B marketing
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Figma
  • An interest in combining creative and analytic work while working within a small, friendly, and fast-paced team

Our Core Values
Win as a Team - Teams are not just extensions of leaders, but are instead a composite of individuals, each with their own strengths. We need to work together in order to scale. And, it’s more fun this way!
Teach & Be Taught - As a company, we believe that there is always a way to improve how you work, and therefore it is important to be consistently open to learning. Also, in a fast-growing company, roles & contexts shift, and it is important to be able to adjust. Teaching others is the flip side of that – it's a great way to build deeper understanding of the topics you teach, and also an important tool to scale the organization as you step into new roles and responsibilities.
Cut out the B.S. - Get to the bottom of the issue and surface the information needed to make good decisions.
Pick up the Pace - As a startup, our structural advantage is speed, but only if we act with urgency. Don’t leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
Eyes on the Ball - Don’t get distracted from what is most important, right now. In a startup, there are a million different things that you can do in any situation, and it’s necessary to have a consistent focus over time on the things that have the highest impact.
