What you’ll do
Build trusted customer relationships with practitioners as well as executive sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor for accounts
Own your customer portfolio end-to-end: health, ROI delivery, renewals, and expansion (in close collaboration with Sales), while liaising with the right internal teams to ensure outcomes are achieved.
Maintain regular and appropriate communication and governance with both internal and external executive teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Working with product management to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in SaaS/Fintech in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Consultant.
Ability to multi-thread across complex accounts, building relationships with IT, Operations, Business teams, and executives.
Demonstrated ability to create success plans to drive measurable ROI for customers, ensuring healthy renewals and account growth.
Consistent track record of (over) achieving targets and goals
Proven ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries, to work with complex customers, involving multiple stakeholders and potential partners/affiliates involved in the ecosystem
