🏅The Role:
As Head of Sales, you will refine and scale our sales processes, using insights from our initial product-market fit to enhance our outreach and streamline our closing process. Your work will directly contribute to RIZMs strategic goals by securing new client relationships and deepening existing ones.
What You'll Do:
Develop a thorough understanding of our client base, focusing on enterprise companies.
Leverage our current successes to build and execute a more structured and repeatable sales process.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their unique needs and how our platform can deliver substantial value.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure clients achieve their sustainability goals through our platform.
⚙️ What do you need to bring?
Proven Track Record in Enterprise Sales: Extensive experience in selling complex software solutions to large industrial companies, with a documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Account Management: Demonstrated ability in managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, including experience with clients similar to our major wins like BMW.
Leadership and Strategy Development: Ability to lead a sales team with a visionary approach, including setting ambitious yet achievable sales goals, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring execution.
Structured and Hands-On Work Style: Organized and methodical in approach, with the capability for creating efficient sales processes and a willingness to engage directly with team members and clients.
Understanding of Complex Products: Familiarity with software products that require thorough explanation and can cater to multiple stakeholders within a client’s organization, facilitating their energy transition goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and convince different stakeholders, including C-Levels of large enterprise companies.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to market feedback and evolving company goals.
