What are we looking for?
You onboard new customers with our Customer Success team and help our customers to get up & running with our software solution, decreasing time to value.
You are responsible for the technical implementation of our software solution. You use your extensive technical knowledge to understand our (potential) customers’ energy system and implement it as a digital twin in our software.
You present our software to (potential) customers (on senior management and engineering level) and conduct workshops & meetings like kick-off, digital-twin setup, validation, and result discussions.
You actively integrate, guide, and support customers in integrating their energy systems based on their energy management data, expert knowledge, etc. In this context, you will be in direct customer contact and ask questions to understand the customer's energy system, improve the guidance by actively working on documentation & guidelines, and support the Engineering Team with your insights, feature ideas, and customer feedback.
You advise our customers on how to best utilize the full potential of our SaaS solution together with your Customer Success Manager.
You shape our internal processes and will optimize them with your data-driven mindset.
You work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
You directly contribute to the company's long-term goals and have a measurable impact on Kerith's growth and success.

You have completed your studies in Energy Systems/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable course.
You have successfully proven yourself in software implementation in a SaaS/Software environment.
You ideally have experience in energy systems modeling or worked with Energy Systems Modelling Software or Energy Management Software.
You are an excellent presenter and can break down complex topics to make our customers understand.
You can work on multiple implementation projects at the same time.
You are impact driven, have a strong interest in sustainability, and enjoy dealing with customers.
You are proactive, work independently, can prioritize your tasks well, and are a team player.
You are a strong communicator with excellent German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.
