We are looking for Platform enthusiasts who set up partnerships with energy component manufacturers, solution providers, power purchase agreement brokers, etc. Based on the platform you shape, some of the largest industrial companies will invest millions of euros to achieve a carbon-neutral energy supply at a low cost truly.
Help us to create the leading energy solution ecosystem by integrating partners based on data-driven customer needs identification.
🎯 What will you be doing?
You identify how to meet customers’ needs by matching them to existing solutions.
You design cooperations with solution providers that reduce hurdles in our customer's journey to net zero.
You directly negotiate on C-Level with solution providers.
You curate and grow our partner network and coordinate the onboarding of new solutions.
You develop a measurement system to track platform liquidity.
You define and execute strategies to improve liquidity.
You shape our internal processes and will optimize them with your data-driven mindset.
You work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
You directly contribute to the company's long-term goals and have a measurable impact on Kerith's growth and success.

We are looking for a platform manager who is experienced and impact-driven. We are looking for you to help us grow our customer base and to achieve our mission with you being part of and building an amazing team, implementing and iterating the platform strategy, and ensuring a customer-centered process.
Your responsibilities are to:
Deliver business and pipeline goals, prioritizing transaction revenue and platform liquidity
Design and lead a strong business development team that identifies and executes business opportunities.
Build and maintain partner relationships, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted business partner.
⚙️ What do you need to bring?
Experience in scaling and designing a platform business.
Experience within the manufacturing or energy industry.
High level of German or English language skills.
Experience in C-level sales or consulting.
Excellent and proven negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
