About The Role
The Human Resources & Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Intern will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring ESG Initiatives programs. This 6-month internship provides hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, diversity & inclusion programs, employee engagement, and compliance with ethical labor practices. The position will report to the HR Director and will have the following targets:

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of HR-driven ESG initiatives, such as diversity & inclusion programs, employee well-being, and sustainability-focused HR policies.
  • Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help organize ESG-focused awareness communication, and engagement activities.
  • Research best practices in ESG and provide recommendations for HR strategy enhancement.
  • Assist in drafting sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports related to HR policies and workforce impact.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure ESG principles are embedded into employee experience, and organizational culture and practices etc.
  • Monitor regulatory and compliance trends related to ESG and HR practices.
  • Support ad-hoc HR operations topics and projects

About You - Must have

  • Fluent in English
  • You are students in the 4th or 5th year of study specialized in HR/ Business Management, or related fields.
  • First hand experience (internship or extra-curricular projects) in ESG, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.

  • Basic knowledge of HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, you have a high sense of service.
  • Able to handle sensitive situations and confidential information professionally.
  • Well-organized and disciplined.
