With proven product-market fit and a rapidly growing customer base, we are scaling our deployments globally and seeking an Implementation Manager to ensure a seamless and successful rollout for our enterprise customers.
Position Overview:
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the deployment of Intenseye’s solutions, managing projects from start to finish to deliver exceptional results on time and with the highest quality standards. You will coordinate all project activities, manage timelines, and bring together necessary resources to support successful implementations. In this hands-on role, you will engage with technical details to creatively solve problems, remove obstacles, and foster strong relationships with customers and partners.
The role:
- Manage end-to-end deployment projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, and Support to advocate for customer needs.
- Lead the project scoping, planning, and execution phases, setting and managing customer expectations, project schedules, and resources.
- Proactively identify business development opportunities within specific projects.
- Facilitate meetings with customers and partners to align goals and expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Address and resolve project issues and risks swiftly, escalating when necessary to prevent delays.
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and customers, acting as their trusted advisor for implementation.
- Identify process improvements and optimize methodologies for scalable and repeatable project success.
- Provide regular internal and external project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Exhibit extreme ownership of customer implementations, continuously working to deliver value and enhance customer experiences.
Sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Similar certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related industry.
- Experience leading complex SaaS projects for global enterprise (Fortune 500+) customers.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role within a B2B Enterprise SaaS or AI company, managing full project lifecycles.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a history of using data and research to drive customer insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience managing projects within IT, SaaS, or software settings, with a proven ability to navigate technical challenges.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on fostering trust with global enterprise clients.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
