About incident.io
incident.io is the leading AI incident response platform, built to help teams dramatically reduce incident response time and improve reliability. We bring together on-call, incident response, AI SRE, and status pages in a single platform, giving teams everything they need to respond quickly, reduce downtime, and keep customers in the loop.
Since launching in 2021, we’ve helped over 1,500 companies, including Netflix, Airbnb, and Block, run more than 500,000 incidents. Every month, tens of thousands of responders across Engineering, Product, and Support use incident.io to restore services faster, stay aligned under pressure, and focus on building what matters.
We’re a fast-growing, highly ambitious team that cares deeply about our customers, product quality, and making it magic. We’ve raised $100M from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, alongside founders and executives from world-class technology companies.
The Team
Our Strategic Alliances function is a key growth area for incident.io. The team builds partnerships with hyperscalers, technology platforms, and resellers to expand our reach and support revenue growth. We are scaling this function by strengthening relationships with partners such as Google Cloud and AWS, expanding our technology partner ecosystem, recruiting strategic systems integrators, and developing repeatable co-sell and co-marketing motions.
As a Technology Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic partnerships end-to-end. You will help translate executive relationships into pipeline and revenue, while contributing to the operational foundations needed to scale partner-sourced growth.
You will work closely with our Head of Channels and Alliances, CRO, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to shape how we work with partners from joint planning and co-innovation to deal alignment and execution.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution for a portfolio of strategic partners, with a primary focus on hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS) and technology partnerships.
Plan and execute co-sell and co-marketing initiatives through marketplaces and partner programs to support new pipeline creation and progress existing opportunities.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to design and deliver co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives.
Act as an internal point of expertise for hyperscaler partnerships, developing strong working relationships with partner executives and field teams.
Track, analyze, and share insights on partnership performance, including key metrics and regular updates for senior stakeholders.
What you need to be successful:
Experience working in technology partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development.
Hands-on experience managing relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud) or large, strategic SaaS partners (for example, Salesforce, Adobe, or Atlassian).
Demonstrated experience building and scaling partnerships that contribute to revenue through co-sell programs and cloud marketplaces.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience developing partnership plans and tracking progress against clear goals and metrics.
