About incident.io

incident.io is the leading all-in-one platform for incident management. From small bugs to major outages, incident.io helps teams respond fast, reduce downtime, and improve every time something goes wrong.

Since launching in 2021, we’ve helped 800 companies—including Netflix, Airbnb and Block—resolve over 250,000 incidents. Every month, more than 30,000 responders across Engineering, Product and Support use incident.io to fix things faster.

We’re a small team that cares deeply about pragmatism, quality, magic, and pace. We've raised $100M from Index Ventures, Insight Partners and Point Nine, alongside many angel investors who are founders and executives of world-class companies.

The Team

The Talent Team sits at the heart of incident.io, attracting and hiring people who help us grow. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be a key individual in our hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll schedule interviews, support candidates, and make every interaction feel thoughtful and well-organized. Working closely with our Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and Founders, you'll learn the ins and outs of recruiting in a fast-paced startup. You'll play a key role in shaping how we scale our team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications to make sure every candidate has a great experience.

  • Keep our ATS (Ashby) up to date and help track candidates through each stage of the process.

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to organise interviews, share feedback, and keep everything running smoothly.

  • Support interviewer training and scheduling, helping to manage interviewer availability and capacity.

  • Learn how to create reports and share updates with the team to help us make better hiring decisions.

  • Look for ways to make our recruiting process smoother and more efficient as we grow.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience in Talent Coordinator roles, preferably within fast growing tech companies, startups etc.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with great time management and a love for keeping things on track.

  • Clear communicator, confident working with different people across the company.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers, interviewers and Talent Partners throughout the recruiting process.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems (we use Ashby) is helpful, but not essential, we’ll teach you what you need to know.

What we offer:

We’re building a place where great people can do their best work—and that means looking after you and your family with benefits that support health and personal growth.

  • Generous parental leave

  • First Friday of the month off
