🌍 Location: Munich (office-first) ⏰ Start: Immediate (20h/week) 💰 Package: Base salary + commission 🗣️ Languages: German + English

🌟 Role Impact

At Hula, we're building the data layer for nature investments by blending a proprietary IoT sensor network, satellite earth observation, and AI to turn biodiversity into something measurable, actionable, and scalable. We help customers across energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and restoration treat nature as an asset. Our commercial motion is taking off, and we need more top-of-funnel firepower to keep up.
As a BDR working student, you'll be the first touchpoint for many of our future customers. You'll research target accounts, craft outreach that actually gets replies, qualify inbound interest, and book the meetings that feed our pipeline. You'll work side-by-side with our AEs, and learn how a real B2B sales motion gets built from the ground up.

Are currently enrolled at a university and can commit ~20 hours/week
Communicate sharply in German and English, in writing and on a call
Have an agentic-first mindset: you reach for modern tools to multiply your output instead of grinding manually
Are organized and reliable: you follow through, keep things tidy, and understand that sloppiness loses deals
Bring genuine curiosity about our customers' problems and care about helping them, not just hitting a number
Are entrepreneurial and unbothered by ambiguity: you'd rather help shape a process than wait for a perfect one
