Your responsibility will be to find and hire top talents for roles in marketing, sales and technology. You will be the face and voice of Hula in the job market and we are looking for a self starter who wants to grow into a role with wider responsibilities as the company grows.

Own end-to-end recruiting for tech and business roles, from sourcing to signed contract
Shape the candidate and employee experience at every touchpoint
Build and run the people operations backbone that lets a growing team thrive
Strengthen Hula's employer brand in Munich's startup ecosystem and beyond
📋 Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Run the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and contracts
Actively source outstanding talents across LinkedIn and other channels - especially for tech and engineering roles
Partner with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and define role profiles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
People Operations
Own onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth, welcoming experience
Manage HR administration: contracts, working students, documentation, and tooling
Be the first point of contact for employees on people-related topics
Culture & Employer Branding
Drive employer branding activities - career platforms, events, and our presence in the startup community
Help nurture a transparent, ambitious, and collaborative team culture
Organize team rituals, offsites, and moments that bring people together
🎓 Requirements
2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and/or HR, ideally as a generalist
Hands-on tech recruiting experience - you know how to find and win engineering and data talent
Startup or scaleup experience - you thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Fluent German and English (German required)
Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
