Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Run the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and contractsActively source outstanding talents across LinkedIn and other channels - especially for tech and engineering rolesPartner with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs and define role profilesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future rolesPeople Operations
Own onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth, welcoming experienceManage HR administration: contracts, working students, documentation, and toolingBe the first point of contact for employees on people-related topicsCulture & Employer Branding
Drive employer branding activities - career platforms, events, and our presence in the startup communityHelp nurture a transparent, ambitious, and collaborative team cultureOrganize team rituals, offsites, and moments that bring people together🎓 Requirements
