Job Description
As a Founder's Associate to the CTO at Hula Earth, you will work directly with our technical leadership to accelerate product development and drive innovation. Your role will bridge technology, product, and business - supporting the CTO in scaling our groundbreaking biodiversity monitoring platform. You'll gain hands-on experience in deep tech, IoT systems, AI/ML applications, and the intersection of technology and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy: Support the CTO in defining and executing the technology roadmap. Track product milestones, system performance, and technical KPIs.
Product Development: Coordinate between engineering teams and stakeholders. Manage feature prioritization and technical documentation.
Technology Operations: Own vendor evaluation, tool selection, and process optimization to improve development efficiency.
Data & Analytics: Work with sensor data, satellite imagery, and AI models. Support data pipeline improvements and insights generation.
Technical Communications: Draft documentation, blog posts, and customer materials. Translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
Innovation Projects: Research emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, satellite data) and evaluate applications to our platform.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science (technical focus), or similar
Good programming understanding (Python) - technical literacy essential, but you don't need to be a developer
Interest in IoT systems, data analytics, AI/ML, geospatial data, or environmental monitoring
Excellent communication in German & English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for technology, sustainability, and biodiversity
Nice to have:
Tech startup or product company experience
Familiarity with data visualization, project management tools, or technical documentation
Hardware/IoT or environmental monitoring experience
