GTM-Engineer (m/w/d)

Languages: German + English, French as a plus Location: Munich Start: Immediate Compensation: Base salary + commission

Role Impact

At Hula Earth, we are on a mission to stop biodiversity loss. We build cutting-edge, AI-powered technology to help organizations understand and protect ecosystems at scale. We don’t just sell software; we build the digital infrastructure for a nature-positive future.
As a GTM-Engineer (Working Student), you aren't just a "caller" - you are an architect of our growth engine. You will help us scale our sales processes from the ground up, turning raw data into a predictable revenue machine.

Your Mission: Engineering Growth

Your goal is to accelerate Hula Earth’s impact by acquiring new leads and building a repeatable revenue engine. You will be the first face of Hula Earth to environmental stakeholders, translating complex bio-data into compelling narratives.
In this role, you will:
Pipeline Engineering: Research and identify high-potential customers. You’ll work on an automated tool-chain to make our pipeline overflow with leads.
Outreach Excellence: Execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Phone). You don’t just "send messages"—you test hypotheses and fine-tune our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and messaging.
Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and qualify leads for our founders and Account Executives.
Scaling the Playbook: Work closely with the founders and our Sales Lead to document what works, building the ultimate "Hula Sales Playbook."
Market Intelligence: You are our ears on the ground. You’ll analyze CRM data and provide feedback that directly influences our product roadmap.

Your First 3 Months at Hula Earth

We believe in clarity and accountability from Day 1. This is the structure in place for you:
Month 1 (Deep Dive): Master our product and the biodiversity market. Shadow 10+ calls to understand how we close deals. Conduct your first discovery calls.
Month 2 (Campaign Ownership): Design and own 3+ outbound campaigns (including list building and sequencing). Goal: Get a good feeling what works for you and for the customers & iterate quickly.
Month 3 (Optimization): Analyze your conversion data. Suggest improvements for our objection handling and start leading/onboarding the next cohort of students.

What You Bring to the Team

Background: You are pursuing a degree in Business/Economics or have a scientific background (Biology, Geography, etc.) with a burning interest in the commercial side of Climate Tech.
Sales DNA: You are resilient, optimistic, and have "no fear of the phone." You see a "No" as a valuable data point, not a setback.
Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication in German (C2) and English. You can explain complex AI/Bio concepts simply.
Mindset: You are analytical and structured, but pragmatic. You prefer progress over perfect processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: You are available for 20 hours per week (on-site in our Munich office).
