You'll be selling solutions that matter - helping conservationists, land managers, and enterprises make data-driven decisions that preserve our planet's biodiversity.

Role Impact

We're seeking a driven Account Executive who can excel in our fast-growing sales environment. You'll own the full sales cycle for qualified opportunities, working closely with our team to convert warm leads into closed deals while helping refine our proven sales playbook.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

Manage qualified leads from discovery through contract signature
Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our biodiversity technology
Navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining healthy margins

Relationship Building:

Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects and existing customers
Understand customer pain points and position our solutions effectively
Coordinate with technical teams for proof-of-concept implementations
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in our CRM

Process Optimization:

Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to marketing
Document successful sales strategies and objection handling techniques
Collaborate with our Sales Pioneer on playbook refinement
Support onboarding and success of new customers post-sale

What We're Looking For

Experience Profile:

2-5 years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
Track record of managing 6-figure deal sizes
Experience with technical or environmental solutions preferred
Startup experience highly valued

Analytical mindset for understanding complex customer requirements
