Our system identifies 10,000 species using self-sufficient bioacoustics IoT sensors with AI-powered analysis. By integrating earth observation data, we offer real-time insights into ecosystems, helping conservationists, land stewards, and businesses understand and verify their environmental impact.

🌟 Role Impact

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Pioneer - not your typical Account Executive, but the top 5% of AEs who thrive in uncertainty and possess the unique blend of sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and environmental passion needed to build our sales engine from the ground up.

📋 Core Responsibilities

Build the Foundation:

Develop and execute our SDR playbook through hypothesis testing and iteration
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold calling, email)
Test value propositions against our tightly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Shadow our founder in early sales meetings and gradually take ownership of opportunities

Full-Stack Sales Execution:

Build prospect lists and execute outbound campaigns
Book discovery calls and manage the complete sales cycle
Close deals while continuously refining our sales process
Create repeatable, predictable sales motions that future team members can follow

Scale and Lead:

Train and mentor the first SDRs we hire
Help establish quota frameworks and funnel metrics
Contribute to hiring decisions for future sales team members
Potentially grow into a Head of Sales role as we scale

🎓 What We're Looking For

Experience Profile:

1+ years as an SDR + 2-4 years as an Account Executive
Startup experience (you understand working in uncertainty)
Track record of building processes, not just executing them
Experience with both prospecting and closing

Skills & Attributes:

Entrepreneurial mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity
Grit and determination to push through early-stage challenges
Analytical approach to testing and iterating sales processes
Passion for environmental impact and biodiversity conservation
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
