Role Impact
Develop firmware for our BioT platform running ML models at the edge
Optimize real-time processing of environmental sensor data
Collaborate with hardware and ML teams to deploy AI models efficiently
Work directly with senior engineers on core system architecture
Core Responsibilities
Firmware Development
Write efficient C/C++ code for our RTOS-based IoT sensor network
Implement and optimize edge ML inference pipelines
Develop drivers for various environmental sensors
Create power-optimized firmware features
Edge AI Integration
Deploy and optimize TensorFlow Lite models
Implement signal processing for bioacoustic analysis
Optimize memory usage and inference speed
Profile and improve system performance
Development & Testing
Write clean, maintainable embedded code
Implement automated testing for firmware
Document technical implementations
Support continuous integration practices
Required Experience
3+ years firmware development experience (C/C++, ideally Rust)
Knowledge of RTOS
Experience with ML model deployment on MCUs
Familiarity with ARM architecture
Understanding of power optimization techniques
