Overview:
In this role you will work with design studios at some of the biggest brands as well as the top design universities in the world to deliver a training methodology that allows them to achieve value quickly. Working with our Enterprise customers, you will inspire designers to bring Gravity Sketch into their professional workflows. On the Education side, you will inspire professors and students to bring Gravity Sketch into their curriculum and give them the skills they need to utilise Gravity Sketch when they enter industry. Working closely with our users, you will gain a deep understanding of their varied workflows and how Gravity Sketch could bring an innovative approach to their design challenges.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will deliver onboarding sessions, support training engagements, help customers understand how Gravity Sketch can fit into their design process, and capture feedback that helps our Customer Success, Product, and Design Consulting teams improve the customer experience.
We are looking for someone creative to bring big ideas to the table that will drive our users to upskill and take our Education and Onboarding Program to the next level. In this role you will often be delivering people’s very first experience in Gravity Sketch, so a fun and engaging personality is a must!
