Role Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our commercial team. You’ll be selling to companies at the forefront of product design and innovation, managing the sales process from end to end. You will also be responsible for managing existing customer accounts to ensure increased adoption of Gravity Sketch within their workflows. Our customer base includes some of the world’s largest automotive, footwear and industrial design companies such as Adidas, Puma, Ford, and Nissan, as well as small and medium businesses, so you’ll be exposed to a mix of customer sizes and use cases.
This is a particularly exciting time for the business as we build a new category - collaborative 3-D design - and partner with businesses who are also attempting to radically change the way they design and develop products.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Management: manage deal opportunities, including management of technical demos and trials, liaising with IT and procurement stakeholders as well as internal champions for the product.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers across our target industries through channels like email, LinkedIn, events. Managed inbound leads generated through our product.
Collaboration with Customer Success Team: Collaborate with the customer success team to identify potential upsell opportunities and assist with larger, strategic deals.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, address any concerns, and showcase the value of our product in solving their design challenges.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Learning and Growth: Work closely with senior AEs and sales leaders to develop your sales skills, learn from larger enterprise deals, and grow into a more experienced AE.
