🔮 About us - Easy collaboration for fair compensation decisions
Created in October 2020 by Virgile & Bastien, Figures is Europe’s leading compensation management platform, helping companies to make fair and efficient salary decisions.
We do that by providing them with reliable up-to-date (real-time) compensation data and the right tooling to manage their compensation process and get rid of spreadsheets.
As of today, we are a team of around 25 people, helping 800 companies all over Europe (with France, the UK and Germany being our core markets). We raised €6.8m in September 2022 to accelerate our expansion.
Our goal is now two-fold:
Cement our position as the main European compensation platform.
Continue to expand our product to compensation management as a whole - including our most recent offering in the Pay Equity space

✨ Why this role exists
Most CSMs know the product. This role exists because our Enterprise clients — and prospects — need something more: a counterpart who understands their comp problems as well as they do, and who can earn genuine credibility with a CHRO or C&B Lead from the very first conversation.
You’ll step into enterprise sales cycles and show prospects, from firsthand comp expertise, exactly what their future with Figures looks like. You’ll own the accounts that follow. And you’ll be the person the rest of our CSM team looks up to as a mentor.
🛠️ Your role
Win enterprise deals — as the comp expert in the room
Join enterprise sales cycles at the right moment: prepare for and co-run product demos with your comp hat on (including engineering specific product setups), and help prospects see precisely how Figures fits their specific methodology — whether that’s a multi-country levelling project, a pay equity audit, or a comp review redesign.
Be the person who makes a CHRO or C&B Lead feel genuinely understood before they sign — not just sold to.
Translate prospect comp complexity into a credible “here’s how we’d approach this in Figures” narrative, live in the room.
Own strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end
Be the face of Figures for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts — often multi-country, multi-stakeholder, high expectations.
Lead the full account lifecycle: from the handoff after a deal closes through onboarding, run-phase, and renewal, with support from junior CSMs on technical configuration, an Implementation Manager on project delivery, and an Account Manager for the commercials.
Build meaningful relationships with CHROs, C&B Leads, and HR leadership — earning trust through subject matter credibility, not just relationship management.
Lead complex compensation work
Design and advise on comp methodology for enterprise clients: levelling frameworks, pay equity diagnostics, review process design.
Run multi-workstream compensation engagements, coordinating across Figures team members and customer stakeholders at C-suite level.
Be the escalation point for comp questions across the wider CS team.
Drive commercial outcomes — together with the Account Manager
Co-lead renewals: spot risks early, frame value at the right altitude, and engineer expansion within your portfolio.
Own net retention for your book of business.
Raise the bar internally
Mentor CSMs on the team; make your comp knowledge accessible and transferable.
Contribute to playbooks, client training materials, and internal thought leadership.
Feed patterns from your client conversations back to Product — you’re one of the most direct lines between enterprise reality and our roadmap.
