Hello! 👋🏽
We’re looking for a Learning Specialist to join our Talent Development team, driving Learning & Development initiatives end-to-end with a strong focus on execution, program management, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee growth who wants to take ownership of key learning programs, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and help scale our learning culture across the organization.

What you'll do 📝
🎯 Learning Initiatives & Program Coordination
Partner with the Talent Development team to plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide learning initiatives and training programs.
Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, as well as coordinate internal subject matter experts for internal trainings.
Support key leadership and enablement programs, including our internal Manager Training initiatives.
Track learning outcomes, gather participant feedback, and continuously iterate on training solutions.
🧾 Training & FUNDAE management
Manage the end-to-end operational and compliance process of FUNDAE, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and full optimization.
Coordinate training-related tracking, documentation, budgets, and follow-ups.
Drive internal learning initiatives from both an operational and program execution perspective.
🌏 Language training program management
Lead the coordination and day-to-day management of the company’s language training program.
Handle requests (level placement, group changes, schedule adjustments, opt-outs) following defined processes.
Ensure high engagement, smooth participant experience, and full visibility of program status and metrics.
🚀 Factorial used by Factorial
Help ensure our internal setup and usage of Factorial is accurate, consistent, and scalable from a learning perspective.
Support the team in maintaining high-quality data and structures so the platform reflects reality.
Identify improvement opportunities based on internal usage and share insights to help improve the product experience for customers.
What are we looking for? 🎯
Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR roles managing training programs and initiatives.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with FUNDAE regulation and administrative management.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate end-to-end learning programs (both internal and external provider-led).
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
A proactive, ownership mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Ability to build relationships across teams and adapt to a fast-growing environment.
Spanish proficiency and English level B2 or higher, used in daily work.
