Hello! 👋

At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for Small Accounts for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our CX Account Manager team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of upselling and crosselling our product, you will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention and upselling initiatives.

About the team 👥

Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. If you’re passionate about people and love turning a challenge into a great experience, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do 📝

  • You are responsible for developing a portfolio of 200-300 accounts.Your role involves proactive engagement and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.

  • Portfolio prioritization and customer support: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.

  • Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.

  • Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.

  • Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.

  • Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.

  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills. Engage naturally!

  • Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.

  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
