Our mandate is to actively hunt down internal frictions, business bottlenecks, and operational pains. Once we find a problem, we conceptualize an innovative solution and build the end-to-end product from scratch. You will be an active participant in product discovery—building entire ecosystems that are used daily by our internal teams and our customers to drive real business value.

About the Team
The CX Innovation team is the engine driving the future of Account Management and Customer Support at Factorial. We build bespoke, AI-driven products from the ground up—including conversational intelligence engines, predictive health scores, and our centralized CX Workspace. We operate with high velocity, prioritize data sovereignty, and ship products that directly impact revenue and customer retention.

The Role
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Innovation Engineer to join our fast-paced squad. As we scale our core intelligence models and roll out the AM Workspace, the operational load is growing. You will take ownership of system stability, develop robust API integrations, and build automated data pipelines (such as our Product Pains ingestion system).
You will be actively building the architecture of tomorrow, working alongside Factorial Directors, Data Engineers, and constant innovators to deploy high-impact features using a modern, scalable tech stack.

🛠️What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

End-to-End Product Development: Build, maintain, and ship high-performance frontend interfaces using Next.js and robust, secure backend microservices using NestJS.
Problem Solving & Ideation: Participate in identifying workflow frictions. Help conceptualize the technical solutions and turn those ideas into fully functional internal products.
API Integration & Architecture: Design, consume, and manage RESTful APIs. You will manage deep integrations with the HubSpot API and our core internal databases.
Data Flow & Automation: Own the automated ingestion pipelines that feed our CX Workspace, ensuring zero-latency data transfers and high system stability.
Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and monitor applications within our Azure ecosystem.
Iterative Innovation: Participate in rapid prototyping. We build, we test with real users (Directors and AMs), and we iterate fast based on their feedback.

📖 What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development (or a highly impressive portfolio of personal/academic projects showing end-to-end execution).
The Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Frontend: Practical experience building responsive, server-side rendered (SSR) web applications using Next.js (React).
Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, specifically using the NestJS framework to build scalable server-side applications.
Integrations: Experience working with third-party APIs. Direct experience building custom integrations with HubSpot is a massive advantage.
Cloud/Infra: Familiarity with deploying and managing web applications on Azure (knowledge of Redis or caching mechanisms is a plus).
