Role Responsibilities ✨

Each day brings a different challenge, but your core focus will be:

• Translating vague Demand Generation business questions into structured, actionable insights across demand generation execution, end-to-end funnel performance and website insights.

• Maintain and improve reporting hygiene across dashboards and recurring reports, catching data discrepancies before they reach stakeholders.

• Support marketing attribution working across our data warehouse and BI tools to surface what's actually driving growth.

• Bridge the gap between business needs and BI delivery — helping BI analysts build the right views for stakeholders by translating reporting requirements into clear, well-scoped briefs.

• Document key metrics, definitions, and data sources so the whole team is working from the same source of truth.

Role Requirements 👀

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a Data / Analytics-related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical role — strategy consulting, startup operations, growth, or similar.

• Solid SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).

• Good understanding of website data and GA4.

• Strong spreadsheet skills and an instinct for QA-ing your own work before anyone else sees it.

• Comfortable using AI to augment and speed up your work.

• Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts and SaaS funnel metrics is a strong plus.

• Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication skills — you can explain a complex analysis to a non-technical stakeholder without losing the nuance.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
