At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Enablement Specialist (Italian Speaker) to help us support and scale our sales teams to the next level.

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of our sales teams—especially in the Italian market. You will focus on delivering impactful training, improving onboarding, and ensuring sales teams have what they need to succeed day-to-day.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and continuously improve our Sales Onboarding Program, helping new joiners ramp quickly and effectively

  • Deliver engaging training sessions for different sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Partners), with a strong focus on the Italian market.

  • Identify skill gaps and support the rollout of targeted training initiatives

  • Create and maintain training materials (playbooks, decks, guides) covering product knowledge, sales processes, and objection handling

  • Partner closely with local sales leaders to support team performance and execution

  • Track training participation and gather feedback to improve programs over time

  • Act as a go-to enablement partner for Italian-speaking sales teams, providing ongoing support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in sales, sales enablement, training, or a similar role

  • Sales Exposure: Background in sales (SDR, AE, or Account Management) is a strong plus

  • Execution-Focused: Comfortable delivering training and working hands-on with sales teams

  • Communication: Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Structured Thinker: Able to organize content and processes clearly

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory) - additional languages are a HUGE plus.
