We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing HR team! As a People Operations Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the employee experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow across all areas of People Ops, including HR administration, employee experience, legal compliance, and process improvements using our HR software.

The Role

• Be a go-to support for our international team, helping employees with day-to-day HR needs and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

• Own HR administrative processes such as managing employee records, absences, vacations, and organizational updates in our HRIS (Factorial).

• Respond to employee questions and tickets with empathy, clarity, and speed, making a real difference in their experience.

• Partner with the product team to provide insights and feedback that improve our HR software for thousands of users.

• Support organizational changes, contract updates, and key HR projects that shape the company’s growth and culture.

• Use HR data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and optimize processes, helping the team work smarter and more efficiently.

• Contribute to legal compliance and labor relations initiatives, learning from and supporting experienced People Ops colleagues.

Your Profile

• Background in Human Resources, ideally within a startup environment, with strong command of their field.

• Familiarity with Spanish labor law and social security regulations.

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (professional level required).
