This role is about building visibility, credibility and sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the Demand Generation, Strategic Alliances and SEO teams, contributing to organic initiatives that strengthen our brand and amplify customer and partner stories across LATAM.

About The Role 🚀

We’re looking for a mid-level marketer who is comfortable owning execution end-to-end within defined strategies, and collaborating with different stakeholders to make things happen.

You won’t be starting from scratch, and you won’t be expected to define global strategy alone. Instead, you’ll:

• Execute and optimize initiatives designed with the team.

• Bring ideas, insights and improvements based on performance and market knowledge.

• Gradually take ownership of specific organic initiatives at a regional level.
  

You’ll collaborate closely with:

• Demand Generation, aligning organic efforts with campaigns and GTM motions.

• Strategic Alliances, supporting partner visibility and co-marketing initiatives.

• SEO, executing content and organic growth initiatives across LATAM markets.

What will you be doing?✨

As Marketing Specialist – LATAM, you will:

• Execute and optimize SEO initiatives: Support on-page, off-page and content SEO initiatives in collaboration with the SEO team, ensuring best practices are applied and results are tracked.

• Support Demand Generation campaigns: Align organic content and positioning with demand generation campaigns, launches and GTM initiatives.

• Collaborate with Strategic Alliances: Support organic visibility of partners through success stories, co-marketing content and joint positioning initiatives.

• Contribute to PR & organic positioning efforts: Help execute PR actions, success stories and organic brand mentions to strengthen Factorial’s positioning in LATAM.

• Create and adapt organic content: Contribute to blog content, success stories, organic campaigns and positioning assets, adapting global messaging to local contexts.

• Analyze performance and propose improvements: Monitor SEO and organic KPIs, extract insights and suggest optimizations based on data and performance.
  

You're a great fit if you: 🧠

We’re looking for a partner-first, data-driven marketer who combines creativity with execution and loves building demand through collaboration.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B, SaaS or tech.

• Exposure to PR, brand positioning or content marketing.

• Hands-on experience working with SEO and organic growth initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with Demand Generation, Partnerships or Alliances teams.

• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel.

• Data-driven mindset and curiosity to test and improve.

• Experience working across LATAM markets is a plus.

• This role requires advanced conversational English; candidates without this level will not be considered.
