We’re looking for a Sales Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about elevating standards, strengthening processes, and enabling high-performing sales teams.
In this role, you’ll safeguard the quality of our SDR prospection and AE closing motions, ensuring every interaction is executed with consistency, precision, and impact.
As the quality gatekeeper across our sales workflows, you’ll monitor execution, enforce best practices, and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly support the scalability of our sales engine while maintaining the rigor required for strong conversion rates.

What you’ll be doing
Process Adherence & QA
Audit SDR & AE workflows to ensure adherence to playbooks, cadences, and lead & deal handling requirements (e.g., number of touches before archiving a lead)
Monitor the correct usage of prospecting and CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lusha) and flag inconsistencies or missed steps (e.g., outreach to accounts not owned by the SDR)
Act as the quality gatekeeper for our prospection and closing motions, ensuring alignment with operational standards and best practices
Lead & CRM Data Integrity
Ensure all leads and accounts are properly enriched, qualified, and segmented before and after SDR activity
Identify and escalate data issues including duplicates, missing fields, invalid contacts, and incorrect lead dispositions (e.g., Aircall tags, rejection reasons)
Partner with RevOps to maintain a clean, reliable CRM environment
Quality Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Build and maintain QA scorecards and dashboards to track SDR process quality
Analyze trends in deviations, inefficiencies, or missed opportunities and provide actionable insights to SDR Managers and RevOps
Partner with Enablement to refine training, documentation, and sales playbooks based on QA findings
Compliance & Deliverability Oversight
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy) and internal governance policies
Monitor email deliverability and risks tied to list quality, outreach patterns, and prospecting practices

You’ll Be a Great Fit if You…
are fluent in English (written and spoken) — other languages are a plus 🌍
Bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Sales Ops, Client Acquisition, or Quality roles (SaaS background strongly preferred)
Have an analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail — spotting patterns comes naturally to you
Enjoy coaching and giving constructive feedback; you’re part teacher, part detective
