The Role 📜

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Marketeer to own the content strategy and execution of the French Market.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how Factorial connects with our audience, crafting stories that attract, educate, and convert, while aligning with our global marketing and business goals.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. During the first months, you’ll dive deep into content production and optimization: managing freelancers, publishing blog posts, and refining SEO practices. Over time, you’ll take ownership of the full French content strategy and driving measurable impact on traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

In a few words a high-impact role for a marketer who loves creating powerful content and wants to see real business results from their work.

What will you be doing

1. Copywriting & Blog Management

• Drive our French blog operations: planning, coordination, and publication in line with SEO goals.

• Collaborate with freelancers and internal experts to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

• Edit, optimize, and elevate articles to ensure clarity, engagement, and search visibility.

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow organic traffic and readership.

2. Content Strategy & Optimization

• Define and execute the content roadmap with the Content Lead, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local business needs.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams to craft content that speaks to our ICP’s challenges and drives commercial outcomes.

• Create premium resources (guides, eBooks, case studies, landing pages) that fuel lead generation and brand authority.

• Continuously refine the content library and website to keep it fresh, relevant, and impactful.

3. Performance & Growth

• Adopt a growth-driven mindset; test, learn, and scale what works.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, CRM attribution).

• Use insights to influence future strategy and amplify the reach of successful initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-market teams to share learnings and replicate best practices.

Your Profile:

• Excellent writing skills in French (fluid tone, strong storytelling, impeccable spelling).

• 2 years of experience in content marketing or B2B copywriting, ideally in SaaS or HR.

• A true storyteller 😉 you know how to turn insights into content that connects, educates, and converts.

• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor.

• Team-player mindset, curiosity, and proactivity.

💡 Bonus Skills

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot…) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress…).

• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus (we are international!)

• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Asana, Figma…).

• A passion for HR, SaaS, or content marketing trends — you enjoy experimenting and staying ahead.
