At Factorial, we’re building the leading business management software for companies of all sizes. Our platform centralizes key workflows across HR, finance and operations, freeing teams from manual processes so they can focus on what really matters: leading, growing and taking care of their people.
With over 1200 employees across 7 markets, we serve 700 000+ users and are one of the Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, backed by top-tier investors and proudly headquartered in Barcelona.
We believe in bold goals, radical ownership, and inclusive collaboration. If you’re excited to shape the future of business management technology, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Innovation Projects Across GTM Teams
Identify, pilot, and deploy emerging technologies (AI, automation, enrichment, analytics, enablement) across Sales, Marketing, CX and Partner teams
Translate business challenges into structured experiments with clear success metrics (e.g., win rate, pipeline velocity, ACV growth)
Partner with system owners (HubSpot, Modjo, Chili Piper, Intercom, Jira etc.) to integrate and scale successful experiments
2. Build and Scale Repeatable Innovation Frameworks
Create playbooks for technology evaluation, pilot rollout, and post-mortem analysis, including “buy vs. build” decisions
Define the experimentation backlog and roadmap for GTM innovation initiatives
Build feedback loops with users to continuously improve tools and processes
3. Drive Measurable Business Impact
Tie each innovation to a quantifiable KPI — from top-of-funnel lead generation to customer retention
Measure, report, and communicate ROI and business outcomes to GTM and executive stakeholders
Influence roadmap decisions with data-backed recommendations
4. Act as a Catalyst for a Growth Mindset
Coach GTM teams to adopt data-driven experimentation practices.
Bring “outside-in” thinking: continuously monitor trends, competitors, and market shifts in B2B SaaS GTM technology
Champion curiosity, collaboration, and bold ideas that deliver results
Qualifications & Skills required
Experience
4–8 years in B2B SaaS within GTM strategy, operations, or enablement — ideally with exposure to both commercial and technical domains
Proven track record implementing or scaling innovative tools (AI copilots, automation platforms, data enrichment, sales engagement, analytics, etc.)
Experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
Skills
Deep understanding of modern GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, Outreach, DealHub, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset — ability to define metrics, measure outcomes, and present insights clearly
Solid technical acumen: comfortable with APIs, low-code tools, data manipulation, or scripting (Python, SQL, JS a plus)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management — capable of aligning executives and front-line reps alike
Mindset
Curious by default — always learning what’s next in AI, automation, and growth technology
Experimental thinker who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast from idea → prototype → impact
Business-oriented — you don’t just innovate for innovation’s sake; you innovate for measurable outcomes
Bonus points if you have
Experience leading pilots for AI copilots or automation systems (e.g., GPT-based tools, Bedrock, Solidroad, Clay, Zapier, or n8n)
Experience with experimental design (A/B testing, proof-of-concept tracking)
Background in consulting, RevOps, or product-led growth initiatives
