What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Head of CRM Engineering & Governance - a strategic and hands-on leader who can build a robust CRM governance framework, design a scalable architecture, and empower GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to operate autonomously within well-defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Governance

  • Define, implement, and maintain data governance standards: data structures, naming conventions, validations, deduplication, normalization, and overall data quality.

  • Establish roles, permissions, access policies, security standards, and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Architecture & Scalability

  • Design CRM object and data architecture aligned with GTM strategy.

  • Ensure the architecture is scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain.

GTM Team Autonomy + Operations

  • Define criteria that allow GTM operations leads to create/edit objects without relying on the central CRM team.

  • Produce documentation, playbooks, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Oversee periodic audits to maintain alignment and high data quality.

Integrations & Automation

  • Manage technical integrations (REST APIs, iPaaS like Zapier or n8n, webhooks) across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success tools.

  • Automate critical workflows to reduce manual effort, increase productivity, and accelerate processes.

Project & Change Management

  • Prioritize high-impact CRM initiatives.

  • Drive adoption: UAT, training, documentation.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product to align expectations, roadmap, and delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a CRM governance and technical team (architects, admins, data stewards, integration engineers).

  • Mentor the team, set KPIs, review performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years in technical leadership, RevOps, or CRM roles in fast-growing SaaS companies.

  • Proven experience with HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or other platforms requiring governance and customization.

Technical Skills

  • SQL for data analysis, integrity, and reporting.

  • Experience with APIs, automation, and no/low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar).

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, object relationships, and CRM performance.

Leadership & Autonomy

  • Experience managing teams, delegating, defining standards, and promoting autonomy without losing control.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions into business impact.

Analytical Mindset & Quality Orientation

  • Data-driven, focused on metrics, hygiene, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to move fast without compromising scalability and sustainability.

Why Join Us

  • Be the architect of a governed CRM and a GTM stack designed to scale with us to €1B in revenue.

  • High executive visibility: your work will directly impact our global growth strategy.

  • Join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation, autonomy, and speed are highly valued.
