After significant growth and success, we’re expanding our leadership team to scale even faster, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales – XL Accounts to drive enterprise expansion across key European markets.

The Role

As Director of Sales for XL Accounts, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our enterprise sales strategy across our core markets. You’ll manage a team of seasoned Account Executives and collaborate cross-functionally to close high-impact deals with large organizations. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a proven sales leader who thrives in high-growth, international environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the XL (enterprise) sales strategy.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of Account Executives covering different markets.
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales plan to drive consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Align closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless enterprise buyer journey.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on key sales metrics using CRM and other data tools.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in market coverage and propose innovative strategies to accelerate growth

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including sales leadership roles managing multi-market or regional teams.
  • Successful in selling into large mid-market/enterprise accounts, ideally across multiple European markets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
