At Factorial, we're on the lookout for a Product Manager to strengthen our Product team and help us build the future of B2B software 🚀.

The Role ✨

We're looking for a Product Manager with experience working across products who’s ready to take ownership of key initiatives. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve our solutions. You'll need to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Manager at Factorial, you will:

• Contribute to defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to understand user needs and identify new opportunities.
• Track product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
  

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely a great fit if you:

• Have experience working as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS space (ideally 2+ years managing products or major features).
• Are user- and business-driven: You work to align user needs with company goals.
• Are comfortable working with data: You track success metrics, validate hypotheses, and are willing to experiment.
• Appreciate good design and value intuitive user experiences.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Are organized, proactive, and enjoy solving problems in fast-paced environments.
• Are fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, Italian, or German are a plus).
• Have some experience with third-party integrations or platform products (a plus, not required).
  

Bonus Points if You:

• Have experience in HR tech or related industries.
• Have worked in a fast-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Have some technical literacy that helps you collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.
  

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 45.000€ (40.500€ fix + 5.500€ based on performance payed quarterly) and 55.555€ (50.000€ fix + 5.555€ based on performance payed quarterly). We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
