We need someone who loves the fast-paced, ever-changing world of social media and knows how to adapt to it. You’ll be tasked with showcasing our business management software in a way that’s simple, relatable, and sparks interaction.

What You Will Do
Can you speak fluent Instagram? We’re on the hunt for an Instagram Specialist who thinks in images, dreams in Reels, and instinctively knows what’s trending before it even is trending. Your creative brain is your superpower, and you're not afraid to get hands-on—whether it’s planning a shoot, editing a video, or whipping up a story so eye-catching it stops thumbs mid-scroll.
As the master of our Instagram universe, you’ll know that this platform isn’t just about pretty pictures (though you’ll deliver those too)—it’s about telling a story, creating connection, and staying ahead of the ever-changing algorithm. You’ll experiment boldly, create content that wows, and make us the brand people look for when they open the app.
Your mission? To turn our Instagram into a vibrant, thumb-stopping, trend-setting masterpiece. You’ll need to be creative, quick to adapt, and live for the details (because that caption? It matters). Oh, and if you can turn a meme into magic or a Reel into a movement, you’re exactly who we need. Ready to make the grid your canvas?
- Create Engaging Content: Develop short, impactful posts that connect with audiences on Meta (specially in our two main Instagram accounts) covering topics such as industry trends, product updates, and success stories while staying true to our brand voice.
- Double Social Media KPIs: Strategically grow engagement, impressions, followers, and video views on Meta and TikTok by 2x through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
- Lead Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the Brand Studio to create visually compelling, on-trend content, and occasionally design quick, creative assets yourself to stay agile.
- Develop a Short-Form Content Strategy: Build a robust content plan focusing on key pillars such as industry trends, success stories, partnerships, influencer marketing, product showcases, and stories or interviews with small and medium businesses tackling digitalization challenges. All of this in an innovative and engaging format to make our content stand out.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Campaigns teams to ensure social media strategies align with business priorities.
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and continuously refine content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across Meta (also other short-form platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts).
- Versatile-Adaptable: Sure, you might have your specialty, but we all end up doing a bit of everything. The team has to stay flexible to publish wherever it’s needed—whether that’s YouTube, Linkedin, or TikTok.
Key Qualifications
2-4 Years of Social Media Experience: Expertise in creating short-form, engaging content for Meta and TikTok is a must; experience in B2B or SaaS industries is a bonus.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong skills in writing, presenting, and creating relatable narratives for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional Copywriting & Visual Creativity: A knack for crafting compelling narratives and visually captivating content tailored to Meta and TikTok audiences.
- Metrics-Driven: Proven ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Collaborative & Organized: A natural team player who excels at managing multiple priorities and ensuring alignment across teams.

What is the Social Media Team at Factorial?
At Factorial, the Social Media team is part of the Brand team, responsible for giving personality, voice, and transparency to all our most important projects across key platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Our team is led by Jimena Marseillan, Social Media Director, and Natasha Bergen, Global Social Media Specialist. Together, we ensure that all content distribution is as engaging as possible and are fully dedicated to growing the brand to its fullest potential across these channels.
The Brand team is also led by Enrique R. Davila as Brand Design Lead, Aina Elias as Head of Video, and Sara Carmona as Global Brand Creative Director. We are part of a larger team of videomakers and designers who handle a variety of tasks and are always ready to get hands-on whenever needed.
