Factorial is on the hunt for someone who lives and breathes Social Media—a creative mind who can take our most exciting projects and turn them into engaging, platform-perfect stories.
We need someone who loves the fast-paced, ever-changing world of social media and knows how to adapt to it. You’ll be tasked with showcasing our business management software in a way that’s simple, relatable, and sparks interaction.

What are we looking for?
Are you obsessed with LinkedIn? Good, because we are too. We're looking for a Social Media Strategist who dreams in hashtags, lives for engagement, and knows that LinkedIn is not just a "copy-paste" from other platforms. You’ll be the captain of our LinkedIn ship, steering us to double our followers, triple our impact, and maybe even win the admiration of our other social channels (or leave them in the dust—we don’t mind a little healthy competition).
Your mission? To own LinkedIn like it’s your personal playground. That means crafting campaigns so creative they make our audience stop scrolling, adapting content that fits the platform perfectly, and knowing exactly what makes LinkedIn tick. You'll push boundaries, set best practices, and prove to the world that LinkedIn isn't just about networking—it's about building a community that matters. Are you up for the challenge?
- Create Engaging Content: Develop posts that connect with professionals, covering topics such as industry news, product updates, and inspiring success stories while ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
- Double Social Media KPIs: Strategically grow LinkedIn engagement, impressions, followers, and video views by 2x through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
- Lead Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with our Brand Studio to bring concepts to life through compelling visuals, and occasionally design quick assets yourself to stay agile.
- Drive Thought Leadership Content: Design and execute a publishing plan that elevates the voices of our leaders, showcasing their insights and expertise on LinkedIn.
- Optimize Newsletter Distribution: Manage and improve LinkedIn newsletter strategies, partnering with industry influencers to drive strong KPIs like subscriber growth and article views.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Campaigns teams to ensure strategies align with business goals and market priorities.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and continuously refine strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and beyond.
- Versatile-Adaptable: Sure, you might have your specialty, but we all end up doing a bit of everything. The team has to stay flexible to publish wherever it’s needed—whether that’s YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
Key Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of Social Media Experience: Bonus points for expertise in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong writing, presenting, and interviewing skills.
- Exceptional Copywriting & Design: Able to craft compelling narratives and visually engaging content tailored to LinkedIn audiences.
- Metrics-Driven: Experienced in analyzing performance data to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.
- Collaborative & Organized: A natural team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and align efforts across teams.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media (bonus points for expertise in B2B or SaaS industries).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English—skilled in writing, presenting, and conducting interviews with ease.

What is the Social Media Team at Factorial?
At Factorial, the Social Media team is part of the Brand team, responsible for giving personality, voice, and transparency to all our most important projects across key platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Our team is led by Jimena Marseillan, Social Media Director, and Natasha Bergen, Global Social Media Specialist. Together, we ensure that all content distribution is as engaging as possible and are fully dedicated to growing the brand to its fullest potential across these channels.
The Brand team is also led by Enrique R. Davila as Brand Design Lead, Aina Elias as Head of Video, and Sara Carmona as Global Brand Creative Director. We are part of a larger team of videomakers and designers who handle a variety of tasks and are always ready to get hands-on whenever needed.
