The role 💻
You will work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to conceptualise, build, and test strategic designs that enhance user engagement and drive our business growth.
From conducting research and analysis to creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, you’ll design experiences that convert, balancing simplicity and detail at every stage.
You’ll approach your work with a holistic perspective, designing solutions across Factorial’s marketing surfaces to deliver consistent and brand-aligned experiences that elevate our growth objectives.
Some example projects could be: optimising user acquisition funnels, improving the performance and usability of public pages, and conducting A/B tests to enhance landing page conversions.

Requirements 📄
You are a good fit if...
- You bring proven experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a growth-driven environment at a startup or tech company.
- You have a passion for crafting conversion-focused digital experiences and know how to test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data and user insights.
- Marketing terms like conversions, funnels, and engagement are second nature to you—you’re fluent in the language of growth.
- You are a team player and great communicator: You are comfortable helping your teammates, sharing your knowledge, and asking for reviews of your own.
- You can work with problems and not just with requirements. We are looking for executors and thinkers, not just executors.
- You are a learner: You want to improve your skills.
- You are an owner and critic: You like proposing new hypotheses and being responsible for building, deploying, and validating them.
- You enjoy understanding things deeply: You are skilled at breaking down complex problems into simpler, more understandable parts and sharing them with others. You have experience turning detailed, specific solutions into broader, more general concepts.
- You must be comfortable with English communication.

Compensation 💰
The salary range for this position starts at 42,800€.
At Growth, we have a policy of public salaries for each position independently of the location. For this particular position, we are looking for a mid experienced candidate.

Process & Next Steps ✅
We know applying for a job takes time, and we want you to have a great experience! These are the steps of the recruiting process for this position:
- First Interview (45 min). The first thing is to know each other (going deeper into your professional experience and thinking) and align expectations, so make sure to ask any questions you have about Factorial: team, organization, design, etc.
- Hiring Manager interview (1h). We will like to share more about day to day, so you can know what to expect and what would be expected from you.
- Challenge (8h max.). We need to validate your knowledge and estimate your level before joining Factorial. The challenge is fictional but simulates a situation you could find working as a designer at Factorial.
- Presentation (1 hour). Once you finish the challenge, we'll schedule a second interview with the rest of the team to meet each other and evaluate your challenge through different questions.
- Offer Letter. If everything plays out, we'll make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
