Are you ready to drive the growth of our partner ecosystem at Factorial? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in building strong partnerships with organizations that share our vision and values.

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential partners, as well as managing existing partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive mutual success.


Your Role 📜

  • Partner Identification: Research, identify, and prioritize potential partners based on strategic alignment and mutual benefit.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to be successful.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to develop joint value propositions, pricing models, and sales collateral to support partner success.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and provide regular reporting on partnership activities.
  • Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Identify opportunities for expanding existing partnerships and drive growth within the partner ecosystem.


Your Profile 🧐

  • You have 3+ years of experience in partner development or channel management within the SaaS industry or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
